The Wychwood Inn is an award-winning Cotswold restaurant, hotel and pub located in the picturesque village of Shipton-under-Wychwood, Oxfordshire.
With part of the building dating back to the 17th century, our pub is steeped in history while embracing the present. A 21st-century extension and development introduced modern design without losing the charm of the original building. The result is a space for the local community, returning guests and those discovering us for the first time, a place where tradition and contemporary hospitality meet.
The Wychwood Inn in Shipton-under-Wychwood is a perfect base to explore the Oxfordshire Cotswolds, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB). We are fortunate to be surrounded by historical Cotswold sites and beautiful countryside, through which our guests can walk, bike or even boat.
